The Berglodge Restaurant Ristis is located on the sunny side of Engelberg. In June 2019 it was reopened after a complete re- construction. The focus was set on the new concept of the hotel rooms with the extension of the self service section, an open ceiling for more light and the optimisation of the energy supply. With the new wood chip heating and the photovoltaic plant, the Brunni-Bahnen possess of their own small solar power station. The restaurant offers culinary delights, personal service, a cozy atmosphere and a stunning view. Das Berglodge Restaurant Ristis liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Engelberg. Im Juni 2019 wurde der Betrieb komplett saniert. Dabei standen das neue Raumkonzept mit der Erweiterung des Selbstbedienungs-Bereichs, die Freilegung der Decke für mehr Helligkeit und die optimalere Energieversorgung im Fokus. Mit der neuen Holzschnitzel-Heizung und der Photovoltaik-Anlage mit Dachziegeln verfügen die Brunni-Bahnen über ein eigenes kleines Solarkraftwerk. Das Restaurant bietet kulinarische Köst- lichkeiten, persönlicher Service, gemütliches Ambiente und eine herrliche Aussicht.
