Du suchst nach einer leichten Bergwanderung mit atembe- raubender Kulisse, tiefblauen Bergseen und möchtest unbe- dingt ein paar Murmeltiere in freier Wildbahn bestaunen? Diese Tour hält was ihr Name verspricht und mit etwas Glück siehst du sogar auch Gämsen und Steinböcke. Der Bergwan- derweg führt sehr abwechs- lungsreich über Stock und Stein zur Engstlenalp und gibt im- mer wieder phantastische Bli cke auf den Titlis und bis weit in die Berner Alpen preis.

If you’re looking for a challen- ge, you can start this walk by climbing the 1,200 metres of ascent from the village on foot. Alternatively, you can cover the first 800 metres of ascent on the cable car up to Trübsee. Along Trübsee lake you can take in the magnificent panora- mic views that make this high plain such a special place. You will then turn off onto a beauti ful Alpine hiking trail that leads you up to the Joch Pass. Many views await on this part of the walk, too.

If you want a fairly easy moun- tain walk featuring breath taking scenery and deep-blue mountain lakes – and you’d also love to admire some wild marmots – this is the tour for you. With a bit of luck, you’ll also see chamois and ibexes. This varied walk provides fan- tastic views of the Titlis and across the Bernese Alps. Thanks to the available cable cars and the several mountain guest houses along the route, the fo cus of this tour is on taking it easy and having a good time.

Wenn du nach einer Herausfor- derung suchst, startest du ab dem Dorf und erklimmst insge- samt stattliche 1200 Höhen- meter. Alternativ lässt du dich die ersten 800 Höhenmeter mit der Bahn auf Trübsee brin gen. Entlang des Sees kannst du voll und ganz das imposante Panorama, das die Hochebene zu einem ganz besonderen Ort macht, geniessen. Kurze Zeit später biegst du in einen wun- derschönen Bergwanderweg ab, der dich nicht weniger aus sichtsreich hinauf zum Jochpass führt.
