Der leichte und stetig mode- rat ansteigende Wanderweg schmiegt sich an den Sonnen- hang Engelbergs und führt vorbei an einer Lourdesgrotte ans «Ende der Welt». Im im- posanten Talkessel findet sich ein Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse, so dass die Tour ide- al mit einem Mittag- oder Abendessen verbunden wer- den kann. Entlang des Bären- bachs, vorbei am Abenteuer- spielplatz Grotzenwäldli ge- staltet sich der Rückweg nach Engelberg einfach und kurz- weilig.

This easy hiking trail of only mo- derate steepness is nestled close to the sunny side of Engel- berg, leading you past the Lour- des grotto and to the «End of the World». In this imposing val- ley basin you will find a restau- rant with a delightful terrace, so this tour can be ideally com- bined with eating out. The re- turn walk to Engelberg along the Bärenbach stream and past the Grotzenwäldli adventure playground is straightforward and fun.

Der gemütliche Spazierweg mit kaum Höhenunterschied, führt direkt unterhalb vom Engelber- ger Hausberg dem Hahnen und der imposanten Titlis-Nordwand durch die offenen Wiesen des Hochtals Dorf auswärts. Das Ziel ist nah, wenn das Tosen des im- posanten Tätschbachfalls zu hö- ren ist. Direkt gegenüber lädt das Restaurant Wasserfall mit gros- ser Panoramaterrasse zur Ein- kehr ein. Der Rückweg erfolgt be- quem mit dem Gratis-Bus oder entlang des Aawassers zu Fuss.

This gentle walk with very little altitude difference leads out of the village and across open meadowland, with the Hahnen and the imposing north face of the Titlis looming above. You will know you are close to your destination when you hear the pounding waters of the Tätsch- bach falls. Opposite the wa- terfall is the Wasserfall restau- rant, which is a great spot to stop and have a drink or some- thing to eat. The return journey is by free bus or on foot along the beautiful Aa river.
