Sollte dies am Anfang noch nicht ganz gelingen, muss man es üben. Die Rundgänge sind wunderschön und tun so oder so gut. Bleibt in Bewegung, werdet achtsam, für euch selbst und für die Zukunft unserer sich gerade im Umbruch befindlichen Welt.
